So a buddy of mine just moved back to Juneau and wants us to come up and visit this Winter so we can ride Eaglecrest Resort. Having a place to crash is a big plus and cheap $45 lift tix are appealing, but ~$600 RT airfare from Seattle is a major drawback. :dizzy:

Checked out Eaglecrest's website, the trail map and stats, but that only tells me so much. Is this anybody's home mountain or somewhere you've ridden before? Can you shed any light on the resort/area?

I'm a local at ayleska.....I have never been to eaglecrest but have heard alot of good about that resort when the weather is right. I've been told to keep and eye on the weather before deciding to go? All in all, I've been told it is a fun resort to ride, and there is no outta bounds.

Appreciate the input! With the lack of response, I'm pretty surprised nobody on this board is an Eaglecrest local, or has even been there?!?
