So I'm going to the Sacramento snowbomb event this Saturday regardless of anything, because I've got a free ticket with beer tasting :yahoo: I was planning on going with a $300 budget and seeing what I could find for new gear, but I just stumbled upon evo.com's big sale and it has 4 hours left and their snowboard and bindings prices are great! So now I can't decide where to blow my budget. Who's been to snowbomb and what should I expect?

true, but its more convenient to craiglist and then they come to my doorstep
Plenty of sales throughout the year. Wait on the evo thing unless you know exactly what you want and see it cheap. Keep your eye on whiskeymilitia private selection.

thanks, I also need to keep in mind that I get my discount at the mountain shop. But bindings for under 140... can't decide on cartels vs unions, also backpacks... what can I say, I'm REALLY getting impatient for the season to start

If snowbomb is anything like Snowjam it sucks. A few good deals here and there but most prices are higher than online and some shit is real old.
