Hi,

I got the 153, new. Mounted and tried once to verify that it is indeed too short for me. It was. A no-brainer as I'm 175lbs. Ideally I'd trade with the same board in 157.

Location: NYC

(I guess FT as in For Trade would've worked instead of FS+WTB. Sorry)

vinzo, thanks, but I think riders choice would be too park-oriented for me.
kdirt, I'm interested, although even "much less" than the $700 it retails for would probably break my bank :)

its actually very similiar to the T rice. look up reviews on it.

I really love the board, but its a little too big for me if i can squeeze into a 155 or 153 id love it.

Vinzo, it does look to be pretty similar, except a little softer and the (optional) pickle tech asymmetrical sidecut. Did you get the pickle or regular?

Gotta ask.
If it was a no-brainer, why did you buy it in 153?:icon_scratch:

Well, maybe no-brainer is an overstatement. I did have an argument of the effective edge being the same as my old 155 Burton's, which doesn't have the blunt ends. Lib Tech doesn't post an upper weight limit and I made a rash decision. It was a great deal well before the season started and I did some more research while waiting for the snow and the doubts started creeping in. So by the time I actually got to try the board, I was already semi-sure it would "feel" short, which it did.

so, I guess "should've been a no-brainer, but I didn't do enough research" would've been the correct statement. Will.stop.spamming.now.

i did not get the pickle tech because i have tried that on my park pickle and it was a little too sticky for my liking.

and i honestly dont think you would notice the difference of stiffness comparing both boards, because i have ridden my friends 153 T rice and they ride so similar its crazy.

I am located in queens NY if you ever want to meet up, maybe if you ever go to the same mountain as me you could even try out the board LOL

the only reason i want the t rice i am 150 lbs lol id even trade for a smaller riders choice if anyone has.
