Gotta get your head around. Your body is fighting your head and that's why you can't make it all the way arou d. Look where you're going not where you've been.

Pretty much what @linvillegorge said, FS 360 doesn't need too much of spinning as long as you get your head around.
Ps. Would be better if you can pop off the lip before start spinning. That pre-spin might not be a big issue now but could have serious result if your rear foot catch edge on big jumps.

Youtube doesn't lie, you should land blind (at least that's a common way how to stop rotation). The problem, as mentioned above, is that your head isn't in sync with your shoulders prewind and rotation. There is a short moment when your head stop rotating and you still look forward while your shoulders are already rotating. Your head should follow your lead arm rotation in one smooth motion. Try to think of it like that need you look behind you (the head needs to do just 180 degrees rotation). Or try to find some well visible point behind jump (tree, banner, or jump itself) and when you spin try to find it with your eyes.

Can you do it backside? I find them easier since takeoff is blind but you can see everything after that and jumping off my toes feels more natural.
