I have decided on buying the gnu dirty pillow but i still need to fin bindings to pair up with it. i was thinking about the ride capos so any thoughts on that. or what other bindings could be a good choice.

Is the dirty pillow good for backountry pow and cliff drops?

I'm looking into getting one too since I bought a sled and plan on spending most my season in the backcountry, its built for freestyle pow riding with normal btx and tapered tip and tail with its shortend contact length.

Bindings are all preference rides are nice but cost a lot. I use some old frakin bentmetals cause I'm cheap and they work. I like to keep it simple while in the backcountry, I know I can fix anything on thoses bindings with a screw or a zip tie.

I'm thinking of putting some split pucks on a board this year, so I can use my spark bindings and pack a pair of verts (kinda like snowshoes) to make booting up in deep snow easier.

It'll be great, if I understand the design correctly, it's similar to burton's sherlock in the way that it's a freestyle, twin pow board.

I agree with walove, bindings come down to preference. And as long as you don't get a pair that are "outstiffed " by your board, you'll be fine....even then, in pow, for me, it's more about weight transfer than power transfer... My five favorites, in order

1.) Union Atlas.
2.) Burton Malavita
3.) Union Force
4.) Burton Cartel


the first two are a little less responsive or "softer" than the second two, but I have found that you can do everything with any of them.
