Help Appreciated

Just bought a 2013 Thrive Renegade (Orange/Black) (157cm)

Looking at a few binding options, but open to any more suggestions..

Here are a few that have come to mind:

Union Contact 2013
Ride Rodeo 2013
K2 Formula 2013

Hoping to find the best comfort, and an easy latch that's not going to be a pain.

Listening to all who can help. Much appreciated. Thanks!

Absolutely not to the ride rodeos. They are decent bindings compared to the worst bindings but they are not in the same quality category as Union or burton. Can't speak for K2 bindings.

My suggestions.
Union contact
Union force
Burton malavitas
Burton cartel
Burton genesis
Salomon hologram

Any of those are really awesome comfortable durable bindings

Thanks for the suggestions. The Ride Rodeos were actually a top the list based off the help i got from another guy, actually the guy who helped me in getting the board Lol.
I had the rodeos last season and the toe mesh came apart. The straps slipped up the latter on hard landings and the high back was too soft and not responsive. I like soft bindings but it's just a bad design IMO.
I would check out the Burton MalaVita's. I LOVE mine, I can't speak for some of the other's, but Union Contact's are a great binding as well

+1 on this. Had similar experience with my 2013 Rodeo's. Didn't hate them, but i grabbed a pair of Burton Genesis and holy shit, talk about a world of difference. Now i know i'm comparing a middle of the road Ride binding to a top of the spectrum tech wise Burton binding but still.

My vote for you and that board would be for either:

Burton Genesis
Burton Malavita or Cartel (depending on year)
Raiden Phantom
Rome Targa
Thanks everyone for the help/suggestions..
Anyone had Soloman Chief Bindings (12/13) Black/Orange? Looking at those right now and having troubles finding reviews. Any help once again is appreciated..

Also, for a beginner/intermediate boarder, with the board that I have, park riding for the most part, freestyle, no tricks, just hitting up the slopes, would a stiffer or softer binding be more appropriate?

Thanks
