ill be riding a new capita indoor survival fk with last years union contact pros and burton hails, burton has increased the stiffness on the hail for this year but i have the old ones which i believe are a 3 flex. the guy at my local board shop was telling me if i want to ride all mountain i should definantly invest in some stiffer boots. will a soft boot in deep powder really be that much of an issue? with my bindings and board being kind of on the mid range side of flex i think it wont be a problem. Or is he just pulling shit out of his ass to try to get me to buy new boots?
