Lib tech C3: Emma P vs Hot Knife

Hi guys

Looking at buying an end of season board - got a chance to get my mits on a Lib Tech Emma P C3 board (limited edition) which would make me very happy but I've been evaluating it using reviews of the C3 Hot Knife as I can't find anything on the Emma P directly. (Lib's site doesn't seem to show any differences).

The shop owner is telling me that the nose is more rounded and that this will make it better in powder. This addresses my only concern with the board (based on the Hot Knife) but I wonder if anyone here can confirm this?

The nose and tail look identical to the hot knife unless I'm reading it wrong. It does have a smaller side cut though won't this make it even worse in the Pow?

Suggests the shop keeper is wrong, which makes me wonder because he rang a rep about it in front of me to ask!
well i have a hk 159 and never get a chance with emma p.

what i think of the hk is that its xtrmely fun in freecarve, on a natural snowing day uts pretty fun, but deep powder its difficult

They are both true twins but the nose and tail of the Hotknife are very angular and spade like. The Emma P, whiel I haven't seen one in person appears to have a more rounded nose and tail.
The Emma P. uses an extruded base, the Hot Knife is sintered.

Unless you like how pretty it is, it seems like the Hot Knife is the clear winner, since they're the same price.
