Lodging recommendations for Breck, Keystone?

Hey I'm going to CO in mid-January with the wife. Landing in Denver, have a rental car set up. We're probably going to go to Breck and/or Keystone - don't want to drive too far. I'm looking for recommendations for nice places to stay at or near the mountain. Since I'm with the wife it's gotta be on the upscale tip, and walking distance to lifts/gondola would be great - she lets me get up and shred early, and then we meet up and do groomers in the afternoon, and with only one car it's easier to be close to the lift. I'm still open to off-site rentals though if it's the right move.

Any help is appreciated!

If you rent from vail resorts you get 24 hour service however you pay usually double what other property management companys charge. If you stay at Keystone the Lone Eagle is as nice and high end as you can go. Summit Cove, CL, VRBO, Resort Quest and many other property management companies can be found out here by doing a google search. If you are a cuckold I will let you two stay at my place in Summit. PM me if you are interested
ive stayed at columbine in Breck a few times... 100 yards from lift. community hot tubs and pool. indoor parking. Main street is across the street.
