So I can get a good price on a Jones Mountain Twin. But there are only 2 sizes left.
158W and 160.
I'm leaning towards 158 because less length would give me more control with switch riding and other cool stuff.

Anyone agree with me, or a good reason to go for the 160?

I ride wide boards and I wear size 13 US.

My guess is the waist on the 160W is going to be too much for your 8.5 US boot.

I'd say go with the 158.

With your boot size, you don't need the 158W.

Get the 160. You will never feel the difference of 2cm.

i think you'll feel the couple cm difference in a very negative way if you get the wide (width not length, if you get what i'm saying). with that size boot, a wide would probably really suck. def go for the 160, it's not too big at all

Good choice, I agree the wide would have been way to wide. Even with my size 11's a wide is noticeably harder to turn.
