Hey
I will be ordering a board this week and I've been looking at snowboards for the past two months. I have my eyes on Nikita sideway sista and Capita Birds Of A Feather but I'm leaning closer to Capita. My riding style has mostly been freeride and I'm trying to move over to freestyle but my board is terrible for that and therefor I'm getting a new board. I want an all mountain board that's good for both but closer to freestyle than freeride.

I need help with ;
Deciding which board would be better for me
Which size snowboard would be good for me
Recommendations on bindings, I've been looking for bindings but don't seem to find any specific I like and would be good. ( size would be good too )

Weight : 59kg / 130lbs
Height : 168 cm / 5'6''?
Gender : Female
Boot size : 39
Riding style : All Mountain
Age : 18
budget : None
Your location of riding : Iceland

Thanks ahead!

I would definitely go with the Capita! 146-148 depending on how much powder you ride. 146 if you ride mostly groomers or around a foot of powder.

I know nothing about the nikita. had a friend with the captia and she really liked it as a do it all freestyle board.

I would lean to the 148 but that is going to be more personal preference.

If that's the cambered Nikita its basically a Salomon Gypsy. If its the full rocker its basically an Oh Yeah.

The BOF is more all mountainy than the Gypsy. The Gypsy is a little softer overall. Both are good boards for what you're looking for.

So, the men's equivalents are the DOA and Villain, of which I have ridden both. For a ride aiming at riding the mountain as a skatepark hands down the Villain. If I'm a little more concerned with speed, ability to push through chop, and a damper feel the DOA.

I've been leaning closer to Capita cause it seems more like an All Mountain board than Nikita.

Still haven't decided which size to get.
