Honestly, I don't know a thing about Neff Park gloves, but if they're anything like the Burton Pipe gloves...you'll be plenty warm. I ride in Ohio and Michigan. Average temps are 20 or below. I only wore my Pipe gloves last year and not once did I ever feel cold. They're definitely not waterproof, but they're made of neoprene and have a insulated lining. If you're familiar with the concept of how a wetsuit works, you'll understand these gloves. It lets just a scant bit of moisture in and your body heat warms it up and keeps you plenty warm. Like I said...ZERO problems last year at all and I'm the type that likes to be on the mountain all day. I rarely come off the mountain while I'm there.
