Has anyone seen these? Seems like a pretty simple but ingenious idea. Kinda like adding the 32 heel hold system to boots that don't already have it!

Has this been done before? Anyone have any experience with this?

I jerry-rigged something similar when going through Photon boa's heel crush saga, where the ankle boa loop put such crushing force on my heels, and I was jamming everything from neoprene sleeves to feminine panty liners down there for relief.

Those are like Dakine Heel Anchors that were made out of tuff vinyl covered canvas that had 2 loops where you laced in the boot laces. They worked great, I still have a couple of pairs around somewhere... I think. I don't think they make them any more, but with lace up boots they worked great. @ridethecliche if you want them and I can find them, they are yours... pm.
