I just took my first trip of the year to Snowshoe, WV on my new Nitro Team Gullwing 155. The board was awsome the first couple days on the slushy runs, super fast and responsive, medium flex, and pretty stable. Hybrid camber rocker combo was all I hoped. Then it started snowing! It snowed about a foot of fresh powder before I hit the slopes on the 4th day. I started the day without a single nick on my board. I rode for a couple hours before I looked down on the lift and my top sheet at the tip and tail had began chipping away, it wasn't long before I had a big gash in the top sheet! Has anybody else had quality issues with Nitro? What about Customer service issues? I'm almost afraid to take the board on my next trip. Obviously the more moisture between the top sheet and base the further the damage will go. I'm not really an agressive rider or jib junkie, so the destruction is really surprising.
