There are some 30/day tickets floating around town for charity, I'll try to find a link.

On well, the cheaper ones are for specific dates... the college ones are valid for most dates.
ya all got me think'n....checked on flights from the ham...not bad...but probably drive down and dirtbag in the beater snow truck or wagon so I could also hit hood and crystal...but could be up to possibly split a dirt bag motel or some sleeping bag space. If I can pull all of this off with the boss lady.

On the road to Washington w @chomps1211 to meet @wrathfuldeity. Bagage Tetris :). Who would have thought how much gear fits into a Subaru, lol.

First day at Crystal Mountain: was raining hard but had such a great day shredding with the guys.

Wrath brought some good ol' camber boards: WOW! Holy!!! I had such a blast carving that old '04 Option Trinity 158 full camber! That board felt as if it was built for me  Got a HUGE smile tucked to my face! Thanks, Wrath, for lending that board to me! Had a hard time to let her go :)

Was a pleasure to meet n ride with you guys!

Likewise, had an absolute blast with Neni, Mr Neni and Chomps. Neni with that Option... stunningly beautiful ripping carves...old school...BADASS!

Experiencing how crazy fun such a long but narrow camber deck is to ride (158 with 23.8 waist, innit?) constantly amazes me that nothing alike is produced anymore.

Thanks for your hints on how to DIY additional inserts. I'll gonna try if I can transform my Radair into something with a comfy stance. She's not as narrow as the Option, but worth a try.
@timmytard Neni needs an Option Trinity 158 or maybe an Option Vinson in a 158

I will keep my eye out here south of the boarder

Varza, we will be there Friday...hopefully by the time the chairs spin at 9...bag the clinic...and join the Chomps' wrecking crew. Check your pm...

@neni and mr neni...watching you 2 rip...helped me up my game...thanks!!! It was really great to meet you two and I'd love to ride with ya all again.

@Varza is well on her way to being another pnw shredette...don't move to Texas

Chomps was a great about getting spanked and his perceptions changed. However, he now has no excuse, has been duly warned about what he's getting into out here...and will need to budget in more $ for last one down (or is the first one down...lol) buying the beers. Truly, Idk how he puts up with 300-500 ft of cow pasture vert in the midwest....I'd be switching to lebowski cosmic bowling.

Now, now. Just cuz chomps doesn't chase the steeps in Michigan doesn't mean we don't have them.
Much respect to Chomps, he hung in there, was a trooper and didn't complain...despite not having much of a choice in the matter. He couldn't see, didn't know where we were going (don't think he ever did look at a trail map and in poor judgement---trusted me :hairy:)...it was a mellow ungroomed cat track leading to the Canyon :surprise: And by that time was waaay too far/deep to hike out...so down we went >:). Chomps rocked Blood Alley, survived the Canyon and slashed a double black NorthFace only making 2-3 turns. He did great, kept his anxiety contained....and despite huge a boulder on the road...moguls and death cookies in the Canyon...survived his pilgrimage to the holyland and saw the light. :woohoo:

Austin, gunners, chute, canyon...we did some waaay out of any noobish comfort zone steeps for some straight lining spring pow lines.
