PNW meet-up March '17

Work travel came up. I'll be flying back from TX in the evening on March 11 :crying:

We will take the extra pow...

Anyone with a current pow pic to increase the stoke even more?

You see whatever I have on Facebook. I dont often stop for pictures. I always plan to and fail.... lol

There has been 18" in 3 days here with another 24" or so by tuesday....

By a stroke of luck, there is a "red chair rally" on Sat March 11. They give out free beer at the base of the red chair.

oh and tomorrow is another powder day. I don't know if I can drag myself out of the house for another one. I have to do my taxes and all of these consecutive powder days are killing me and my quads.....

Good timing! Our local mtns are getting around 3ft between M-F. I'm flying out to Big Sky this weekend...crazy because I just got back from Whitefish yesterday!

Is the tailgate BBQ still a topic or is there such a thing like too much snow/too bad weather for it?
I'll stuff every free corner of my bag with a selection of Swiss chese and chocolate to prepare a nice apéros for the tailgate.

I went(i have no energy left in my body to keep me warm at work right now after 5 straight powder days), snow quality was best of the year, lift quality, not so much. Outback and NW never opened again. Tomorrow should be epic on the west side. Storm was fucking nuking up there.

Just got the email, buddy passes in march are $64.

Wasn't it just a year or 2 ago you didn't even know what tailgating is? And people say the US has no culture to share with the rest of the world.

Damn, I wanted to go to this, but can't...

I'm gonna try! I get back from MT on Monday, but will need to scramble to find some cheap lodging for Bachelor, especially if none of my friends are able to make it. Apparently 3 consecutive weekend snowboarding trips is hard for them to swing lol.
