I am looking at buying a new board and deciding between two the Flow Merc and Rossignol Templar Magtek. The Flow has a camber/rocker/camber shape. The Rossignol has the reverse order, a rocker/camber/rocker shape. Is there a major difference between two in terms of the ordering of the sections? Will the difference be very noticeable on the slopes?

Hi jbs,

Yes, the fifference can be very noticeable. It is worth noting that not all boards of a certain profile are designed to do the same thing. Rossignol (for instance) offers three variations in their Rocker Camber Rocker profile group and they all are designed to deliver up a very different ride from one another. What type of riding are you doing? What is your weight and foot size?

Stoked!
