Hello Forum,

recently purchased some 2013 Rome Mob Bosses and was wondering what peoples feelings are on these. They seem to be just a bit different then the 390 Boss.

I rode these this weekend on a neversummer proto ct and must say it felt like a nice match but I don't know much about these things haha. Any feedback on these would be helpful. I am just wondering if i made a mistake in not getting the 390 boss.

Got some mob boss and like them

I have a pair of old targa (pre vrod chassis) an a pair of mob boss.

I enjoy both rome bindings. the mob boss ankle strap is awesome, very very comfortable.
And the canting + under base plate eva pad + full bed padding = very nice damp and cushy ride.

I have only good things to say about rome and their bindings, my old targa toe strap was starting to get damaged , sent an email and they sent me back a replacement even if it was a 3 years old model that was out of warranty.

I just picked up a pair of Mob Boss bindings a few days ago. I got my first ride on them today had them on a Capita Horrorscope. This is my first experience with canting and I don't know how I lived without it. The bindings rode very nice they are a little soft and flexible but I didn't feel like I was working any harder to get the board moving. After getting them dialed in better, I just enjoyed them more and more. I wouldn't mind trying the 390 Boss just to compare but I have no regrets with the purchase.

Build quality seems great, ratchets were very sold, and the padding was night and day from my old bindings. The ankle strap and the toe strap are amazing by the way. I'm very happy with them and I think you'll really enjoy them.

Also, I rode a bit of park and some all mountain today to test them out and they worked great for both definitely not too flexible, which was my main concern before buying them. Good luck with them
