Rust on board edges

Lol troll? What i am asking is if the rust is just superficial or has it penetrated deep into the metal by now, not if i needed a whole new board. I know that if worst comes to worst, i can get new edges.

Just sand it off. It'll probably come off with the scrub power of a 1yr old baby. In the time it took you to post this you would have had it shining

No you can't, just get new edges without compromising the integrity of the board. Edge repair is most effective when replacing up to 1.5". You have surface rust, if you care take a gummi to it, then wax the edges to protect from moisture if you're going to leave it in the basement. If you don't care the rust will come off your first day of riding.

Do not use sand paper!

Really...??? I didn't know this is possible, i have 3 boards that have loads of rust on, i thought i would have to throw them in the bin...

I do the same very year, throw boards away that have rusted... :dizzy:

I'm buying Lib-tech edges for all my boards in 5 meters pack. This makes all my boards magne-traction and board goes faster )))

Oh wow.. dude take your board into a local shop when you get ready to board and pay for a tune.. they will clean and patch the base and then wax it .. once they sharpen your edges the rust will be gone.
Cost like 60 bucks or do what I and alot of people do and buy a tune kit with sharpener cost like 35 bucks on amazon and watch a video tutorial on sharpening snowboards. ..real easy.

Dude it's summer. Everyone is busy fucking around. You stick around a while, you're going to start fucking with people too. That's what we do. We fuck with people.

Don't catch feelings and fuck around, and everyone will be fucking cool.

I'm so lazy not only do I not wipe down my edges before packing my snowboard bag, I don't even bother taking the rust off before riding again.

Guess what. At the end of the day, rust gone again. Then I pack it in my bag .. rust is back.

Don't worry about it. Plus in the tip or tail you don't even use that shit. Gnaw it off with a file.
