I have this scratch in my board, but only a small part of it looks like it goes to the core.

Is it worth it to P-tex this little spot? I want to get the max life out of this board.

You have torn a little hole completely into the base and this requires metal grip Ptex melted into the hole before toping up with ptex overlay. If you are skilled enough you can melt it up to the base height.
