I bet your list of Yelp reviews is a delight.
I think it is safe to say that the resort is not the problem here.Funny, I've found Snow Valley to be a great place to ride Ontario (albeit not as large as some of the other resorts).
I was just there last week and was blown away with how awesome the staff were. Seemed as though they were following everything to the letter.
Maybe take up hiking instead?

I propose we block this Karen from posting any more ludicrous reviews.Demeaning Staff. Disrespectful Management. Doesn’t Follow COVID-Protocol.
My family and I booked our annual trip to Snow Valley, a place that we have grown to love and look forward to going to because of their Customer/Family Friendly staff. This year it is quite apparent that the resort is under new management.
First and foremost, to enter the Lodge you are to show your Passport and Photo Identification, which is the government-issued COVID Protocol. I was let into the building to use the washroom with my family without question. No passport and photo identification was required.
After a day on the hill, we then proceeded as a family to experience dinner inside the Lodge. The kitchen staff by accident incorrectly made our dinner order and give our family an additional 15 minutes due to the admitted error. Within a couple of minutes, Andy the General Manager (aka Peter) DEMANDED my family to leave. His tone of voice was overbearing, intimating especially to a woman and 2 young kids who were petrified and asked me to leave immediately.
As a mother and woman, I teach my children to never let a man speak to them in such away. How dare you hire staff that showcases machismo behavior in front of other customers and staff. Your front-of-office staff is a direct representation of what the business stands for.
Patriarchy. Male Chauvinist. Bigoted. Slanderous.
All my family asked for was an extra 10 minutes which was 5 minutes less than what we were given to use by the kitchen staff.
Please drive the extra 30 minutes to experience what a Ski Resort should be.
You can Ski or Snowboard ALL DAY at Mount St. Louis Moonstone for 7 Hours at $85.00, Horseshoe Valley for 7 hours $89.00 vs. ONLY 4 Hours at Snow Valley for $66.00 – you are paying LESS per hour with more hills (Mount St. Louis 30 Open Runs & Horseshoe 17 Open Runs).
For an additional 20–25-minute drive you are getting better customer service, PAYING LESS, and able to ski/snowboard on more runs!
Do yourself a favor.

Unlikely anyway. This was a drive-by posting. One and done. She hasn't been back since, even to check reactions.I propose we block this Karen from posting any more ludicrous reviews.
Dude, fuck. Everyone hates Doug.Posting on behalf of op here:
The lifty (doug) then shot my dog. Fuck you doug.
For sure, Doug is a total douche. Same for Andy, aka Peter, in the dining room. Last time I was there Andy, aka Peter, sat down at the table and started eating my poutine while I was in the restroom. The restroom attendant, Rollie, didn't even offer me a breath mint. Next time, Danielle Jean Sandoval and I are taking our illegitimate offspring to Blue Mountain, where they cater to our every whim.Dude, fuck. Everyone hates Doug.
