Domain age could contribute to its authority, but according to Semrush, it has an authority score of 38, while, for example, Burton.com has 71. If you want a memorable domain name, you have plenty of options nowadays with new TLDs. snowboard.tips is for $220 a year, etc. The domain is no longer an issue; the harder part is building something meaningful on it.
