I've got a pair of Burton Mint boots that I bought a year and a half ago. I've done an average amount of riding, a few hours once or twice a month plus one week snowboarding holiday. They work fine aside from the inner tongue slipping to one side, which I've fixed by sewing one side in place.

However I recently noticed that the side of the boot is buckling under the pressure of the ankle strap. This doesn't seem to create a pressure point or anything (so far), but I was wondering if this is normal for a soft boot?

That's cool then, I was hoping I wouldn't have to start thinking about replacing them yet! :)
