I would use a softer binding than the Cartel for a park board.
I'm planning on purchasing more equipment for next year, and probably a stiffer park board as a second choice over my Jib. The Cartel is softened down from its last few years and is apparently back to being a park dominating bindings vs the more all mountain beast it has been the last few years, and the Vita has sort of filled its previous roll. When I do get a second stiffer board the Cartels will go on that and I'll probably out a pair of switchback Halldor's on this Jib Board.I would use a softer binding than the Cartel for a park board.
I used to ride Cartels on my Jib board. I wouldnt reccomend doing it its just not that great of a combo, especially since the lobster is cambered and the re-flex compliments rocker boards alot more than cambered ones. (not that i feel much of a difference between re-flex and traditional disc anyway). On the other hand, the switchbacks were literaly made to fit this board, but besides the switchbacks fancy removable highback, there really isnt anything special about them. The eiki pro model has a zero lean highback so it doesnt really have any effect anyway. If you are looking for a cheaper jib binding from burton I would go with cobrasharks. I ride them and they are pretty good for their price, im also a fan of the scrub hooks. Other bindings for the lobster jib would be flux rk30/ds30 (ds30 is just the lighter more expensive version) union dlx, or union contacts. I orded a lobster jib today and im planning on getting the flux rk30 for jibbing as they are a soft, very comfortable and affordable bindings. Goodluck on the binding hunt!

I agree, no way I'd let my boys sport one these. I had an issue with the boy getting a clothed hooker on his Forum. To each their own, but I guess Cheo likes to repulse ppl in the lift line. The 9yr old daughter that asks mom or dad "why does he have that girl on his board like that" The 20 something hot babe that gives him that look of your a disgusting d-bag. Yes all assumptions made about you just because of your choice of board graphic and you will deserve every sneer you get. If I was with my wife, daughter or back in the day girlfriend you would get looks from me.

Yeah, the first one is weird, but not overtly horrible. The second one is pretty much obscene. And I'm pretty sure whoever is riding it will relish in the negativity.
