Toe/Heel Drag issue

I'm thinking of purchasing a new board with a 252WW. I have size 11 burton boots (with shrink tech, not sure if that really does anything) and I normally ride +13/-13. Just wondering if I will get toe/heel drag.

You'll be just about ok I think with that. I was on a 253 with size 11 boots last year with no problems.

If you're going as low as these guys you might have an issue, though ;-)
