True Rocker or hybrid better for deep pow

I've heard mixed response. My initial thought would have been true rocker, ie Arbor's profile, but perhaps this isn't objectively correct? I'm only talking for deep pow, not groomer. Thoughts?

it all depends what you want out of a pow day. you will get more pop out of a cambered/hybrid pow stick, but more float out of full rocker. There are plenty of options other than just profile that make a difference, taper/twin, setback/non-setback, directional hybrid profile.

I ride directional hybrid RCR with taper AND set back....you cant sink it.
A lot of things will effect how a board rides in pow, but for overall ease of keeping the tip up out of the snow tip to tail rocker is the best. It also allows for the quickest front to back weight changes, and pops the best ollies out of pow.

I've got a gyrator from 07 with around 1.5" in the front, 0.75" in the tail. Floats like a boat.
The problem with rocker in deep poo is that it can fold up, and if hitting drops in poo....you land alittle to nose or tail heavy it again folds up. Rocker works ok in say 8" but doesn't in 16" Another is in chopped poo it will tend to bounce you around instead of blast through....so it kind of depends on how stiff it is lenghtwise....at least ime with a skate banana...got rid of it after about 1/2 season.
Personally I prefer hybrid rocker camber on all decks, including for pow. At the same time, as previously mentioned, there are plenty of other factors that go into determining how well a board will float such as setback, taper, sidecut, nose/tail shapes, placement of rocker/camber zones, base material, and on and on...
The way you ride deep snow is also going to change things. Personally I tend to sit more on my back foot, old habit from the pre rocker days. So for me something center reverse tends to put me too much into the back seat off of any drops or anything. I like flat to rocker, flat, or even camber more for powder.

Do you ride powder with your Flow Rush? How does that work out in pow being CRC?

I just recently got mine so I dont have first hand. However the RCR is super minimal on mine. Maybe a couple mm of change at the most. So I expect it to do well. It' what my friend chooses to ride from Flow, possibly the new Blackout, but I dont think he's had the chance to ride his yet.
Is the rush RCR or CRC? I thought it was CRC?

Right CRC. Mah b.
The profile of the nose lift has more effect on powder performance than any other feature including the over all camber profile.
