After using a pair of Strata highbacks for under a week, the one day where the weather was below -10 c the painting started cracking and falling off around the edges.
They haven't taken any hits, kicks and was and was in perfect condition until that day.
I contacted union and told them what happened, and even though it was strictly cosmetic damage, they offered me to make a warrenty claim since it wasn't supposed to happen. And they came through with a new highback.
Cosmetic Damage isn't covered by warrenty, so coming through like that is super customer service, and i would highly recommend them if customer care is in your priorties dor your next set of binders.
