Just got a pair of the Arthur Longo Infuse's and love them so far. Kind of a random thing that I noticed is the snow guard thing over the lower laces isn't really zipping all the way or seems to loosen up during the day. Has anyone had to or had any luck cutting it off? The bottom of the zipper seems like it would be the problem but was just curious. Thanks!

Haven't tried removing it from my verse and hate fighting with it. Best strategy I've come up with to deal with it:
1. Leave it alone right after putting boots on, let everything warm up and become more pliable
2. Walk to the lift
3. Tighten up Boas
4. Zip
5. If zip didn't go, crank boas
6. Zip
7. Loosen boas and retighten to preference
