i bought a pair of rome boots earlier this year and they worked great until recently when i started to get alittle heel lift. the boots came with a 2 pairs of jbars, but no instructions on what to do with them..... how do i put them in and where?

i was wondering what people think of arbor boards? i like that they're kind of "green"... thinking of getting the arbor eden..

Take the bars that came with your boots and put it between the hard and soft shell. There should be a little velcro spot for it, if I remember. If not, I'd put it above your ankle bone area. As for Arbor, I really dig how their boards ride, and the over all quality of their products.

Scroll down the page until you get to the narrowing pad section. The little diagrams should help you out. Outside of the liner, inside the shell. Basically the J-pads wrap around achilles tendon and fill up the little divot behind your ankle bone preventing your heel from sliding up.
