Usually one figures out there riding style, THEN picks the board.

In all seriousness, the Jam is given a rating of 7 for stiffness, so I'd say it would be good for carving and kickers.

 

That's the first time I've ever heard someone ask what kind of riding they should take up to match a board. :laugh:

Unless you just worded it weirdly. Either way, it is a freestyle board, probably good on jumps and in the pipe.

 

The Jam is good for carving and kickers, decent at the park but probably a bit stiff for buttering. I would look at Goliath for more park oriented board.

 

haha thanks for response guys.. yea i guess i worded it a little weird. i meant what kind of riding is the jam good for.. i wasnt gonna change my riding style for it, wanted to see if it would fit mine :laugh:
