I use googles to search the internet. I guess that adding an S onto the end of google is the new gangster thing to do? "Yo dog, I googles that shit mad tyte boyyyee." Not exactly sure what goobles is though.

I wear contacts. Wind makes them dry up. Thus, I have to wear goggles every time I am out riding, no matter what the conditions.

It depends for me, it is it super bright or nasty out i wear them. At night, i normally won't though.

 

I always wear goggles because i like to get a goggle tan by the end of the season.

i wasnt trying for one until late february, after that i would always wear them even when hiking up the mountain or resting on the chairlift

all i got from this season, not much, but im proud (my hand looks massive because its closer to the camera)

I used to alternate between goobles and sunnys until I started wearing a helmet fulltime. So, I never wear my sunnies when riding anymore..boo hoo. I do carry them so I can look apres board, or having lunch on the deck..

Goggles work as sunglasses that keep the wind out of my contacts, and keep me toasty on cold days, and still decently cool on spring days. What's not to love?

 

I cant imagine snowboarding without goggles. If you go at any reasonable speed your eyes will hurt like hell from the wind.
The only time i ever take my goggles off is if out of nowhere it gets really really foggy at the top and im having problems seeing..then i just pop them off for a moment to try and get a better view of whats around me...

I had my goggles severely fog up on me once while at the top, like i couldnt see crap. That was probably the worst experience i've ever had snowboarding...going down 100 feet at a time stopping and putting my my goggles again to see if i could see...i cant..take them off and try going another 100 feet before my eyes start to tear up...

Glad i had another set in the car..i would have just left otherwise.

 

Yeah goggles 100% of the time, except for backyard jib sessions. If I'm at a resort or in the BC, you can bet I'm going fast enough to make my eyes water without goggles. Plus I love my goggles, the lens quality is so good that I can always see better with them on, in any conditions.

This thread is full of crazy. I always wear goggles. There has never really been a time when they haven't served a purpose for me. They keep my contacts from drying out, they keep snow spray out of my face and protect my eyes from tree branches, they make it possible to see on sunny days and they give me that fantastic goggle tan I have come to love.

I never go boarding without my goggles.

I only see snow bunnies not wearing goggles, That's because ruining their precious makeup is just to important.
