Cool project.

I liked the clear board in the intro sequence.

 

 

they do a lot really great projects. the board with a built in sound system was pretty neat and the board they pressed under water.. they never really hold up the greatest but still super neat!

I love this series that they do. The glass board was definitely the coolest, but they all are a stark reminder that we all suck at snowboarding. These guys are out there killing it on complete garbage they're just throwing together simply to show that they can. No edges, no tech, no nothing. Just barely rideable slapped together shit just to rub it in our faces.

 

Fo sho, the glass one pretty cool but my fave the one where they get some team riders together or something and they make their own boards outta like 2x8 planks with "pow blow holes" and it like sketch as fuck and they and just rip, hilarity.

 

Duck Dynasty of snowboards

 

In no way, shape, or form. Duck Dynasty guys are a complete fraud. I work in that industry. They're good guys, don't get me wrong, but the whole "aw shucks good old boys" stuff is a complete fraud. They're old southern money.

 

Wonder if they tried 3D printing a board.

I like watching these very fun and some way off the wall ideas that brought to life !!

Are there still really people out there who don't realize all those shows are frauds???? Really? Pawn Stars, Dance Moms, Duck Dynasty, American Pickers, Storage wars, etc etc etc. You have to be an idiot to not realize all those shows are 100% staged. Many of them do start out a little less planned and scripted but the second the show starts making money the tv execs run everything. You can still enjoy watching them but they are a sitcom and nothing else.

 

The only one that's realistic is "Mountain Men". Those dudes are actually legit. I've met them too.

Well, and Chumlee from Pawn Stars is 100% as dumb as advertised. I randomly met him in Vegas a couple of years ago. That dude is too damn dumb to act.
