New bindings? Rome 390's?

Okay I am going into my 3rd season of snowboarding and I am looking to possibly get some new bindings. I am mainly a freestyle/park/all-mountain rider and I ride a 09 DC PBJ with size 12 32 Prospect 2011 boots. I currently have 09 Burton Mission bindings and have been looking at some Rome 390 Boss bindings but not sure if I want to drop $150 on new bindings right now (although that is a steal of a price). If I do decide to purchase them, what difference will it make? Is it worth buying new bindings? Also, advantage to getting the bosses or not?

Boss' come with canting. an angled peice of foam in your bindings that helps line up your legs with your hips. I think that is the only diff between the two. A lot of people love canting. i am mixed on it. The boss comes with a flat footbed as well, good to buy if you are unsure of canting as you can just have it normal as well. some bindings come only with canting.

i loved the rome 390's, but the only complaint i had was that they had too many parts to them! it made it a chore to take the bindings on and off. i did love the toe strap on these tho.
i prefer the union forces cuz of their simplicity and quality. they may not be as full featured as the rome's but they still got the job done for me.
