Hey- looking for info on both of these decks, as I'm monitoring end of season sales.
How do they ride/carve, handle speed, and what's the agility/stability of each? Can either one of them be a daily driver? (no park for me, mainly freeride & hammering groomers, 25yrs + history, and ride multiple states in U S)

Appreciate any feedback and real world experience from all the folks in our snowboard community. Thanks!

Best,

Assassin Pro has been my daily driver this season, they absolutely killed it with the redesign. But, if you're not riding park/freestyle at all and focusing on freeride and hammering groomers, why get a directional twin? Kazu is the way to go here. The flex between them is probably quite similar (I haven't ridden the newer Kazu after adding rocker to the tail) but the taper, longer sidecut and more effective edge probably give it the win for freeriding. Not that I've been at all let down by my Ass Pro freeriding - Nils Mindnich at the last two Natural Selections can show just how capable that board is, and he also rides it switch a lot.

Hey, thanks for info and the reply. Yes, Kazu is probably more suited to my specific needs but- with all the positive reviews and details about this redesign of Assassin Pro, it has my curiosity peaked. It looks like a board that's super capable and would be fun to ride.
In a perfect world, I'd snatch both up and enjoy collecting data via first hand experience(Haha). Not in position to do that so, will keep watching sales prices and considering options. Honestly- don't need a new deck but, always interested in trying new gear. Guess it's a curse, LOL.

Thanks again,
