Hi, yes, when the boot is heated again, it will go back to its original form. Please search the forum for my old post "heat fit, love your feet".

STOKED!
Two shops I stopped in on Friday near Mt Snow VT, one had Bootfitter in the name, said a 2nd heat molding would not expand the foam back to original in the heel. They were willing to take my money but cautioned it could end up worse and suggested leaving them alone. The Bootfitter place said sliding the heel into the boot, like the first guy did, was not unusual as it helps get rid of creases or uneven spots in the liner caused by the heat. The shop mostly caters to skiers, is there a difference in foam between snowboard and ski liners? Anyway I passed as the boots seemed to hold pretty good for now and figured the chance of making them looser was not worth risk. Thoughts?

I would seem to be in the same situation as @bs5north but also at the top end of the mondo size bracket:
Right foot is 272mm and 101mm
Left foot is 273mm and 99mm
If reading the charts correctly that gives me a boot size smaller than my regular show size, so seems to be on point with what I've read on here, but width puts me in-between D and E. Not much option to buy locally so it'll need to be an online purchase. I also suspect that I've got a bit or Morton's in both feet so buying smaller size boots sets alarm bells off, even though the guide states that's what the perfect boot fit should be aiming for.
I'm leaning to getting the Dialogue Wides in 27.5 so was hoping to receive some assurances that these may be the correct boots for me? @Wiredsport
I'm heading to Meribel in a few weeks so looking for options to replace my K2 Ender's as had lots of pain last year. Thanks in advance.
